Bought a medium for my 5lb Yorkie (thanks to reading reviews that said it ran small.) it fits him perfectly and its SOOO cute!
I got the 5XL for my 35 pound mutt. According to the size chart she would have been 4XL, but this one fits perfect. We got her a jacket from petco but she was still shivering in it. This will keep her nice and warm for the winter, and I can layer it under the jacket!
